The project is an entertainment campus catering to media/entertainment type users for office, production, post-production, and editing facilities housed in two buildings (East Wing and West Wing) with approximately 250,000 SF with ample parking within an 8-level parking garage. The campus provides opportunity for a secured environment, as well as several on-site amenities popular in today's creative office market.
1601 Vine will be a new, eight-story, approximately 107,000 sq.ft. office building, with ground floor retail, seven floors of commercial office use, and five levels of subterranean parking. In the heart of Hollywood, just south of Hollywood and Vine, this project is likely to fill a boutique market for entertainment-related office users. Construction broke ground in December 2014, and is likely to be completed by the end of 2016.
